4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.2 Payment Terms

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise arranged
• We accept major credit cards and electronic payments
• Failed payments may result in course access suspension

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of purchase and before course start date
• 50% refund if cancelled within 14 days of purchase and before 25% course completion
• No refund after 25% course completion or 30 days from purchase, whichever comes first
• Refunds for coaching sessions must be requested 48 hours in advance

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All course materials, including videos, text, images, and audio content, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our educational materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
